Soupy Sales created White Fang as a charcter for his earlier radio show in Cincinnati, which was actually a recording of a howling dog from “The Hounds Of The Baskervilles.”

Didn't mean to imply White Fang was dead (although it's probably a safe bet the way 60's performers have been dropping lately) but most of his interaction was with Soupy (I think)...

s/bsl Silent now is the foil of White Fang
Charles Adler and Frank Nastalki(sp?) were the puppeteers and voice of White Fang, Black Tooth and many of the other puppets and props on the show. Frank, I think, did the LA show of the 60s, when Charles did not want to travel out west, but did join Soupy in NYC.
HalfBee: --- Silent now is the voice of White Fang Our hope is you went out with a bang Upward you race Pie on your face You can no longer run for president... DANG! |

I'd vote for him also. Washington D.C. is full of clowns and jokers, one more couldn't hurt.
jmanforever: --- can no longer run for president?!?!?
I'll vote for him anyway. A dead comedian the caliber of Soupy would be a vast improvement over the last couple of presidents we've had. |
