AKA the "Kill The Pigs" episode. Pigs 'die' by various means throughout the show and after each, a pig squeal is heard, a blackboard with pigs drawn on it appears and one of the drawings is crossed out.
This running gag continues until the very end of the show when it's announced, "And here is the final score: Pigs 9 - British Bipeds 4. The Pigs go on to meet Vicki Carr in the final."

You can, but it has to go through the front. Lots of the crap I see on TV makes me want to kick the damn thing in. Can't put anything on top either or it will roll down the back of the set. Even if it's a male.
There, that picture's a bit better. Less clarity, but at least it's from the show itself. Got to be a better picture of that flowery title somewhere.

I don't think you can easily put your foot through the newer LCD and Plasma TV's like you could with the older, large CRT TV's back in 1969.

This cropped picture from an album cover will do for now. To use the DVD cover (DVDs of the show not only exist, but there are a lot of them) might be confusing because with just a bit of page adjustment, those could be included here as well at some point.
What would really be good is a shot of the 'chicken guy' pulling the banner- before getting squashed by the foot. I
know
that wasn't used in these early episodes, but it would still suffice.

How about the picture that was on the front of the video or DVD release of the first season?
Okay... I don't know if there was a DVD release, but I almost bought the video several years back, but I didn't have enough money for the whole thing.

And now....
This is a test page for adding TV shows and other visual media to the archive- I know it still says 'album' when it's a show. Maybe that can be worked out at some point. "TV" is now an available 'type' that can be added in the 'release' box. Part of the idea is if audio from a TV show that's not on any album is used on one of the site's shows, it could be found on a page like this.
Haven't decided on a 300 x 300 picture to depict the 1st season of Python yet.
