I used to love finding old, weird stuff at sales and local record stores. Those days are long gone now it would seem...

I'm still finding records like that. Garage sales, second hand stores, antique stores, estate auctions....

You would be amazed at how many weird records I used to find at garage sales and flea markets back in the 1980's.

Too bad those days are long gone.

Why would anyone want to put a Dr. Demento compilation into a garage sale? I'm more inclined to put them in the back of my record collection, behind the Frank Sinatra records, to be spat up when I got divorced. (Past tense... not going to happen again.)

I actually own this album on vinyl, which I picked up at a garage sale about 20 years ago for 50 cents.

Because of..well, lets just call it 'bad relations', Demento stuff isn't sold here. For now, things are mostly streamable and not accessible by podcast. I put up buy links for this album on the page, but it's an old collection and may be a bit troublesome to buy.
